Upload your page-turn report
Choose the report you saved in CueFlip and upload it here. It shows us what CueFlip heard, and why it turned the page when it did.
Received. Thank you.
How to make a report
- In CueFlip, open the score you were playing.
- Tap at the bottom of the screen, then Report a Page-Turn Problem.
- Choose the performance that went wrong — the latest one is already chosen — and tap Upload.
- Save the report to Files. This page opens on its own; choose the report at the top.
CueFlip keeps each performance on your device for 7 days, so send the report within a week.
On a computer? The report is saved on your iPhone or iPad. Open this page there, or AirDrop the file to this computer and choose it here.
What’s sent
- The sound the microphone picked up during the performance
- A detailed log of how CueFlip followed you and turned the pages
- The recording you taught CueFlip with, and what it learned from it
- The score’s name and its page-turn marks
- Device model, system and app versions, battery level, and the time
Not sent: the score’s PDF, your annotations, or anything from other scores.
Who can open it, and for how long
CueFlip encrypted the report on your device before you saved it. Only the CueFlip team can open it — not this website, and no one along the way.
Used only to improve page turning and never shared with anyone else. Deleted once we’ve looked into it, and after 90 days at the latest.
If you add an email address or a description, they are kept with the report and deleted with it.
Rather send it by email?
Send the file to [email protected]. A large report may be too big to email; uploading here takes reports of up to 300 MB.
